Many support staff working in higher education feel undervalued and unsupported despite playing a key role in student wellbeing. Members report high levels of stress, burnout and lack of confidence in workplace support. 
We are calling for urgent investment in staffing, fair pay and improved mental health support and training, otherwise the wellbeing of both staff and the quality of support available to students will continue to decline
