Or, if you are facing a difficult situation at work – such as disciplinary action, grievances, redundancy, or discrimination – you can turn to your union rep for support and representation.
This ensures you are treated fairly and get up-to-date advice. Reps can accompany you to meetings or hearings, negotiate on your behalf on issues like pay and conditions, and connect you to further union support.
