Investigating and Fitness to Practise Committee (EWC)

We need panel members who understand the roles and challenge of those facing proceedings

UNISON response

UNISON strongly opposes these proposals. They would reduce the representation of registrants on committees, increasing the risk of unfair outcomes for staff. We need to support and encourage school support staff to take part in these committees to ensure they are representative.
