The is a crisis in social care – driven by low pay, poor conditions and reliance on private providers. We need investment in better pay and conditions for care workers, and a shift towards a publicly funded and delivered National Care Service across Wales.

About the consultation

Changes to regulated social care services based on the consultation by the Welsh Government are due to take effect on 31 October 2022.
