I am a UNISON member and work in social care.

I pledge to become a social care Active Member in my workplace, to build a strong UNISON and win changes to transform UK social care into a respected and valued public service where care workers are empowered, celebrated, and fairly rewarded.

I pledge to:

• build a stronger UNISON by getting my colleagues involved in a plan to win change;
• attend a one-hour online training programme in my own time to learn about how to win;
• get involved in my regional network of active social care members and join a campaign team to start winning.
