New leadership at South East Water must rebuild trust with staff and customers, says UNISON
Commenting on South East Water’s announcement today (Friday) that David Hinton is to step down as chief executive, UNISON South East regional secretary Jo Galloway said:
“This has to be a fresh start for South East Water. Staff and customers have been let down for too long.
“Workers have carried the company through difficult periods and deserve to be listened to and treated with respect.
“New leadership must rebuild trust and focus on delivering a reliable service on which people can depend.”
