Our courses help you to make the case for safer workplaces and follow-on training to help you grow in your role as a UNISON health and safety rep. Organising for Health and Safety
In this introductory course for health and safety reps, you will learn about health and safety legislation, including the law relating to risk assessment, and also your employer’s responsibilities.
It will help you work with members to tackle workplace issues and develop your confidence to represent them effectively.

Follow-on training for health and safety reps
