Training for UNISON branch officers
Our training programme is designed to give UNISON activists the skills you need to ensure you can perform your duties with confidence. You can find a full list of courses relevant to your chosen role in our Learning Hub. All courses are free for you to attend, although there may be a charge to your branch.
Introductory training for UNISON branch officers
If you’ve been elected by your branch to carry out one of the branch officer roles, you’ll find that our introductory training courses will help get you up and running.
UNISON regions usually deliver these courses simultaneously at an annual branch officer training weekend which allows officers to network.
In addition to courses offered in the regions, UNISON Learning and Organising Services runs national courses for certain roles.
