UNISON, Britain’s leading public service trade union, is looking for a Membership Systems Clerk to work in our UNISON East Midlands Regional Office based in Nottingham.

UNISON’s East Midlands Region covers Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Rutland. We currently have around 100,000 full members in over 56 branches. We are looking to appoint a team member to undertake a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions within the Membership Team
The Person
This role is a key position within the Regional Membership Team. You will have skills and experience that include:

The Person
This role is a key position within the Regional Membership Team. You will have skills and experience that include:
- Working proactively using your own initiative.
- A very high standard of accuracy in recording information.
- Good telephone manner, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICT packages including Microsoft Office suite.
- An understanding of trade unions and their objectives would be an advantage.
