BRANCH EMPLOYED POST: Caseworker (Surrey UNISON Community Health Branch)
Employed directly by the Surrey UNISON Community Health Branch, working in locations across Surrey with base working from home. The role of the Casework Organiser is to advise and represent members under the direction of the Branch Secretary and lead officers.
The role will require providing advice and representation to individual members, as well as working on campaigns, recruiting and organising members to grow our branch.
You will have excellent presentation and communication skills both face to face and on paper, with experience of representing members in a workplace environment. A sound understanding of trade unions, UNISON'S policies and objectives and UK employment law is essential.
