Scotland Region – Team Leader

This role in our team will be dedicated to enhancing processes.

You will be responsible for working with and leading an administrative and ancillary team dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of our organisation.  Objectives for this role include reviewing and providing new solutions and processes to support this provision and identifying opportunities to ensure that we are providing the best service possible for the organisation.
You will be well organised with the ability to work in a team and be able to take lead responsibility for projects. You will have excellent communications, time management and IT skills.
What you’ll do:


  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and procedures, documenting and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor and develop an administrative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key requirements for the role:

  • Good leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • In-depth understanding of processes, systems, policies and best practices required in an office environment.
