- Identify ‘Opportunity Gaps’ for activism or leadership in the workplace/community
- Analyse the impact of women’s contributions through the lens of Yorkshire & Humberside
- Develop a Personal Action Plan using the ‘Democracy Cookbook’ principles to ‘Give’ and ‘Gain’
- Influence future Women's Lives Series
