This one-day course is aimed at all UNISON representatives, it will be of particular interest to trained stewards, equality and health & safety representatives.  The course will introduce and explore key themes around neurodiversity in the workplace, it will cover:


  • What is understood by neurodivergence
  • How neurodivergent members may face barriers at work
  • The Equality act and social model of disability
  • How to organise around neurodiversity in the workplace
  • How to support neurodivergent members
  • How to bargain for better policies and practice
Please note there is a £15 per head branch charge for this course
