No, UNISON is a non-profit making organisation whose members do not pay a fee for services. Members pay subscriptions to be part of a collective organisation of members and activists supporting each other.
Members receive collective benefits throughout their membership which includes the union negotiating on their behalf on issues such as pay, terms and conditions, and health and safety.

Yes, but we’ll need your consent for us to correspond with someone else on your behalf.
If someone is submitting a complaint on your behalf, make sure they let us know on this online form. Someone will then contact you for your consent.

If you’ve submitted feedback via our online form, you should have received an acknowledgement email. This email will have outlined the next steps, and when you should expect to hear from someone.
