School support staff champion sign-up pledge:
I am a UNISON member, and I work as school support staff.
I want to become a School Support Staff Champion in my workplace, to build a stronger UNISON and ensure that support staff win the changes they need.
I will:
- Aim to complete one termly task that builds a stronger UNISON for school support staff (e.g. attend a webinar/complete a survey/share information with a colleague)
- Help determine and share support staff priorities and keep colleagues updated
- Get involved in regional networks of School Support Staff champions
