CaseWeb is a bespoke, secure, web-based casework management system for branches and regions. It enables staff to manage member enquiries, document cases, track progress, and refer issues to regional offices.
It works on all web-enabled devices (desktop, laptop, smart phone, and tablet), and is designed to be used by branch secretaries and branch officers.
