We are organised into branches, regions, groups and councils to make our structure simple and democratic
Branches
Branches are the bedrock of the union: they support members at work and negotiate for better deals
Regions
UNISON is divided into 12 regions to provide a link between local branches and with the NEC
Service groups
UNISON is organised into service groups, which are made up of members working in the same sector
Member groups
Our equality work includes groups for members who experience particular types of prejudice and discrimination
