UNISON work closely with the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT), providing industrial relations support to its members and fulfilling BAOT’s role as an NHS trade union.
Managers in Partnership
Managers in Partnership (MiP) is a national branch of UNISON, set up as a joint venture between UNISON and FDA (First Division Association). It provides trade union representation for healthcare managers on Agenda for Change band 8a and above.
MiP works closely with UNISON colleagues to promote our values and maximise our influence.
